Great to meet you!

My name is Peter, and for the past five years I have worked in mental health crisis services, walking beside people on some of the hardest days of their lives. I strive to offer understanding, compassion, and a safe space where you feel truly heard, respected, and accepted. Whatever you are facing right now, I am committed to helping you move forward and take meaningful, realistic steps toward a healthier, more hopeful future that feels possible for you.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, down to earth approach to therapy, helping you clarify what matters most and supporting you as you navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence. Using Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy, we will focus on your strengths, explore practical solutions, and create achievable goals. Together, we will work to increase clarity, build resilience, and support steady, sustainable progress over time.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a fresh perspective, compassionate support, and a thoughtful conversation about your needs, history, and goals. I will listen closely to your story so we can begin building a path forward that feels meaningful, manageable, and realistic for you. My hope is that you leave with a sense of direction, renewed hope, and a clearer idea of what our work together will look like in the weeks and months ahead.
