Great to meet you!

I take a straightforward, no-bullshit approach to therapy—but always with warmth, compassion, and respect. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to be honest, challenged to grow, and supported every step of the way. I believe in working collaboratively: you bring your experiences and insight, and I bring my clinical training and perspective. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way and work toward meaningful, sustainable change. Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level talk—it’s about doing the real work, with someone who’s fully in it with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based practices, but I keep it real—no jargon, no fluff, no pretending that change is easy. I offer practical tools and strategies rooted in solid research, and I work with clients to apply them in ways that feel authentic and doable. That said, I fully respect that not everyone is ready to dive into the deep end right away. Therapy moves at your pace; so whether you're ready to make big changes or just starting to explore what’s going on, I’m here to meet you where you are—without pressure, and without sugarcoating the process.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with more than just insight—they’ll walk away with concrete tools they can use in everyday life, personalized homework to keep the work going between sessions, and often a new way of looking at things that helps shift old patterns. I believe therapy should be useful, not just reflective. Whether it’s a mindset shift, a communication skill, or something to try out in real-time, I aim to make each session feel like it moved the needle—even if just a little.
