Great to meet you!

As a board certified therapist, I believe that giving a priority to your mental wellbeing is the key to your happiness and stability in life. Reaching out for help can be one of hardest things that you can do, so kudos to taking the first step in your personal recovery ! I have been practicing for many years in the addictions field and can understand what a person goes through to overcome an addiction; be it alcohol or other drugs, an anger management problem, internet gaming , gambling or pornography & sex addictions, in unison with a Substance Use Disorder. Through a holistic and other evidenced based therapies, we can take the first step toward your recovery.

My approach to therapy

Each of us has a unique story and therefore is deserving of an individual approach to care. When we decide to work together, we will act together in your therapeutic odyssey. It is of the utmost importance to me that we communicate openly so that you feel respected throughout our relationship. I will be thereto listen to you and challenge and offer you support throughout your journey.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be an an introduction where you will be able to share your story and what you wish to attain throughout therapy. No worries , we will work together to sketch it out! I want to create a warm welcoming atmosphere which will enable you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable and also secure with confidence! Once we start, we'll work together in the sessions that follow in order to make your goals real for you.
