Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in pharmacy, giving me a well-rounded perspective on mental health care. I work primarily with children, adolescents, and young adults, while also supporting older adults. My practice is rooted in compassion, advocacy, and respect for each person’s unique journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I integrate psychiatric assessment, thoughtful medication management, and supportive therapy. With my pharmacy background, I provide informed guidance on medication while centering clients’ preferences. I’m especially passionate about helping children, teens, and young adults build coping skills, while involving families as active partners in care.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel heard, respected, and supported. Sessions focus on building self-awareness, resilience, and practical coping strategies. Families receive clear communication and education throughout the process. My goal is for every client to leave with hope, empowerment, and tools to navigate their mental health journey.
