I provide various models of compassionate counseling and soulful psychotherapy. In addition to the United States, I have lived in several countries of Central Asia and Southeast Asia. I earned degrees in Psychology (Counseling), Divinity, Intercultural Studies, Sports Management (Wellness and Fitness), and Social Work. I am an endorsed Chaplain as well as licensed mental health provider.

I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Pastoral Care and Counseling, Guided Imagery, Relationship Counseling, Anger Management, and eclectic counseling; taking advantage of skills from several other models/ modes like Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), ACT, REBT, etc. I have specialized training in treating trauma disorders, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, spiritual problems, relationship problems, attachment and parenting problems. I thoroughly enjoy working with clients and my job.
