Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a diverse background spanning inpatient, outpatient, and community health settings, as well as clinical leadership. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of treating children, young adults, and older adults managing complex ailments and multi-faceted care regimens.

My approach is rooted in empathetic listening and taking the time to truly understand your unique situation. Together, we will collaboratively build a personalized treatment plan focused on meaningful, lasting outcomes. I strive to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and supported. As an avid reader, I stay continuously engaged with the latest research and am always open to exploring novel, evidence-based strategies to help you on your wellness journey.

My approach to therapy

I provide empathetic, patient-centered care built on trust, collaboration, and continuous learning. Drawing from my clinical background across full-spectrum care environments, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where we partner together to understand complex challenges and craft tailored treatment plans.

My practice integrates both pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy modalities where applicable, ensuring a balanced, whole-person approach to your mental health. I actively stay engaged with current clinical research to bring effective, modern, and evidence-based strategies to our work so you can achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my primary goal is to create a comfortable, safe, and non-judgmental environment where you feel truly heard. We will conduct a comprehensive initial evaluation, taking time to discuss your background, current challenges, medical history, and personal goals for treatment.

Rather than rushing through a checklist, I focus on deeply understanding your unique story. Depending on the complexity of your situation, building a full picture may sometimes require a follow-up visit, obtaining lab work to rule out underlying medical factors, or collaborating with your therapist or previous providers.

By the end of our initial consultation, we will outline a thoughtful, holistic roadmap together—ensuring you feel fully supported, informed, and partnered in your care from day one.
