Great to meet you!

I am a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of advanced practice experience. I believe in providing honest, compassionate, and nonjudgmental care that focuses on the whole person — not just symptoms. My approach is patient-centered, collaborative, and holistic, allowing clients to feel actively involved in their treatment and supported throughout their mental health journey. I am passionate about helping individuals and families improve their emotional wellness, build resilience, and achieve lasting stability and balance in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is patient-centered, collaborative, and holistic. I believe every individual’s experience is unique, so I take time to listen, understand your concerns, and develop a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs and goals. I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy, education, and practical coping strategies to help clients achieve long-term emotional wellness. I strive to create a compassionate, safe, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel respected, empowered, and actively involved in their care.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where they can openly discuss their concerns, symptoms, and goals for treatment. I take time to complete a thorough psychiatric evaluation, review mental health and medical history, and gain a deeper understanding of each client’s unique experiences and challenges. Together, we will discuss potential treatment options, develop an individualized care plan, and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship focused on trust, collaboration, and long-term wellness.
