Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Peter, and I’m really glad you’re here! I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and human — not intimidating or clinical. I have training in Mental Health Counseling and experience supporting people with trauma, anxiety, depression,ADHD, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I work at a pace that feels right for you, and my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and never judged — just supported as you work toward feeling better.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, down-to-earth approach to therapy and believe you are the expert on your own life. Sessions are a mix of thoughtful conversation, reflection, and practical tools you can actually use outside of therapy. I focus on building a strong, trusting relationship so you feel safe being yourself. My work is especially supportive for individuals navigating stress, relationships, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, supportive conversation focused on getting to know you and what brought you to therapy. There’s no pressure to share everything at once — we move at your comfort level. We’ll talk about your goals and what you hope to get out of therapy, and begin building a plan that feels realistic and manageable. My priority is creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported from the very start.
