Great to meet you!

Life can feel like too much: too many demands, too many pressures, too little space to

just breathe. Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, a big life change, or a

nagging sense that something needs to shift, I am here to help you find your footing. I

bring warmth, humor, and a genuine belief that therapy works best when it feels

human. My background spans schools, community health, substance recovery, and a

psychiatric hospital, so whatever you are carrying, I have likely walked alongside

someone carrying it too. If you are curious about what it would feel like to work

together, let us find out.

My approach to therapy

I strive to facilitate a space where individuals embrace their time in therapy through humor, empathy, and validation. I also challenge individuals to focus on what they can control in a world where people are perpetually asked to take on too much professionally, personally, and interpersonally.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is yours to lead. I will ask a few questions to understand what brought

you in, but mostly I want to hear what is on your mind and what you are hoping for.

There is no pressure to have it all figured out. My goal is for you to leave that first hour

feeling heard, a little lighter, and ready to come back.
