Great to meet you!

My greatest passion is walking through difficult times with people and seeing them not only recover, but thrive. I love to be able to help people heal from their pain, work through their doubt, find their strengths and regain their confidence.

I specialize in divorce recovery, partner loss, relationship trauma and healthy masculinity.

My approach to therapy

If you are here, you're likely dealing with some pretty intense emotions. My approach to working with people tends to focus on experiencing emotions in a way that is healthy and helpful, building on your strengths and working on root causes to issues.

With those focuses, I tend to draw from CBT, DBT, EMDR and Solution-Focused Therapy in the work I do with people.

What you can expect from me

While I give space to vent when needed, I firmly believe that providing clients with tangible skills or ways to grow is a crucial part of therapy.

There are always going to be challenges or difficult things that pop up in life and I firmly believe in empowering clients to face their unique challenges.
