Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated and empathetic counselor with a Master’s degree in Counseling from Immaculata University and enrolled in a PhD program at the University of the Cumberlands. My approach to counseling is client-centered, integrating evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person-centered theory. I focus on creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. With a deep commitment to helping individuals build resilience and self-awareness, I work collaboratively with each client to address their unique needs and foster personal growth.

My approach to therapy

Above all, my focus is on building a strong therapeutic relationship, empowering clients to tap into their own strengths, gain insights, and develop practical tools that foster lasting change by embodying a cognitive-behavioral theoretical approach.

What you can expect from me

From counseling sessions with me, clients can expect to gain increased self-awareness, clarity, and practical strategies for navigating life’s challenges. Together, we will work to identify patterns in thinking and behavior that may be holding them back, while focusing on building coping skills and fostering personal growth
