Great to meet you!
I am a dedicated and empathetic counselor with a Master’s degree in Counseling from Immaculata University and enrolled in a PhD program at the University of the Cumberlands. My approach to counseling is client-centered, integrating evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person-centered theory. I focus on creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. With a deep commitment to helping individuals build resilience and self-awareness, I work collaboratively with each client to address their unique needs and foster personal growth.
