Great to meet you!

Hi there! I'm an individual therapist working with adult individuals, especially young adults navigating life transitions and grief.

I have 5 years of experience in the social work field, including both internships at the undergraduate and graduate levels as well as professional roles in integrated healthcare, substance use treatment, and providing clinical therapy.

My approach to therapy

In simple terms, I am a real human who just so happens to be clinically trained. I love my job and care deeply about the people I work with, and to me, that's even more valuable than all the trainings, certifications, and clinical buzzwords combined. (While the training matters, of course, my humanity is what actually makes the work meaningful.) If you want therapy that feels like an honest, genuine conversation with someone who gets it, we’ll likely be a good fit.

What you can expect from me

In my sessions, I show up fully — with honesty, warmth, and a willingness to ask the questions that matter (even the ones you’ve been avoiding). I take your pace seriously, but I also won’t let you hide from the work if you’re ready for it.
