Great to meet you!

Whether you're navigating complex relationships, unlearning survival patterns, or healing in the aftermath of harm, therapy with me is collaborative, tender, and rooted in dignity. I offer therapy that honors your cultural, spiritual, and erotic truths, no need to filter or censor. We’ll go at your pace, together.

My approach to therapy

You don’t have to perform your pain to be seen. You don’t have to overgive to be loved. I work with women, femmes, queer folks, and survivors who are done with shrinking, burning out, or wondering if they’re "too much." You might be holding grief, longing, or rage that never had a safe place to land, especially if your identity has been shaped by generational trauma, family obligation, or code-switching for safety. As a relational, trauma-informed therapist, I hold space for both the ache and the aliveness in you.

What you can expect from me

Sessions with me are about centering to your wholeness and we do this by combining traditional talk therapy and body-focused somatics. My hope is you leave sessions feeling affirmed, held and resourced enough to keep coming back and tending to your garden.
