Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with kids, t(w)eens, and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, life adjustments, academic/career stress, body image, identity/self-esteem, LGBTQIA+ issues, and sleep issues. I am trained through an eclectic array of therapeutic modalities, often working through a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) lens, or Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) with younger clients. When working with sleep issues and insomnia, I am trained in CBT-I (CBT for insomnia).

My approach to therapy

I prioritize meeting every client and family where they are in order to formulate an individualized treatment plan that works best for you. I enjoy genuinely connecting with my clients and their families by leaning on client strengths, values, and the authenticity of the therapeutic relationship.

What you can expect from me

I find it beneficial to bring our personalities and humanness into the therapeutic process to facilitate a safe space for my clients. Life can be really messy and I'm honored to join you in that vulnerability. If it sounds like l might be a good fit for you or your child, please reach out for a consultation! I would be happy to work with you.
