Great to meet you!

I found my way to therapy in my journey from the UK, living and working across three continents, through careers in the theatre, and in teaching at all levels.

I have post-graduate training in CBT and ACT. In my nine years of practice, I have worked in a wide variety of therapeutic settings, such as trauma recovery, adult rehab, college counseling, child development, and in-person and online therapy with adult individuals, couples and families. I now work primarily with individual adults.

My approach to therapy

I offer the benefits of an engaged and non-judgmental listener and problem-solver, whose experience and skill set allow me to offer ways forward when the client feels there may be no way forward. Hope, and the translation of hope into lasting positive change, underlies all of my work.

What you can expect from me

My individual online therapy sessions offer personalized support to help you work through emotional struggles, trauma, and life transitions. Together, we will uncover your inner resilience and develop coping strategies.
