Great to meet you!

I’m a clinician who believes therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and maybe even able to laugh a little along the way. My professional background includes supporting people through anxiety, major life transitions, and challenging relationships with food, identity, and self-worth. I use evidence-based approaches, but I also believe therapy should feel like a real conversation and not a clinical interrogation. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are while we work together toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on meaningful, lasting change. I work with clients to explore the patterns, beliefs, and emotional experiences that influence behaviors—especially around identity, self-worth, and our relationship with food and our bodies. Using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness, and values-based work, I help clients develop both insight and practical tools for change. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel understood, challenged in helpful ways, and empowered to build a life that feels aligned with who they truly are.

What you can expect from me

I believe the first session is really about getting to know each other and understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what’s been going on in your life, what you’d like to change, and what goals feel most important to you. I aim to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can be honest (even if things feel messy or hard to put into words). I work especially well with people navigating anxiety, life transitions, and complicated relationships with food, identity, and self-worth. By the end of our time together, we’ll have a clearer direction for our work and a plan for how therapy can best support you.
