Great to meet you!

Many of the people I work with are high-functioning adults who appear to be managing life well from the outside but are privately struggling with anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, ADHD, or major life transitions. I have a particular interest in men's mental health and helping professionals navigate the pressures that come with demanding careers, relationships, and family responsibilities. I work with adults, and can support parenting and divorce-related work, as well.

My approach to therapy

I provided evidence-based care while fostering a strong therapeutic relationship. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, interpersonal therapy, behavioral therapy, and exposure-based therapies, while also using mindfulness and relational techniques.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the leave the first session feeling understood, dignified, and optimistic. Therapy relies on a sense of safety and trust, and I start supporting those aspects of therapy right away.
