I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Mental Health Service Provider (MHSP) in the state of Tennessee. I have a B.S. in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and a M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trevecca University. I am also a member of the Crossfit Medical Society and was named one of 2024's Nashville Emerging Leaders.
I utilize my extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Brainspotting (BSP) to offer an evidenced-based, person-centered approach that helps you maximize the fulfillment you can experience in your life when struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, grief, or traumatic experiences.
