Great to meet you!

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! As a nurse of over 15 years, I have always been passionate about helping people. I have always believed in caring for a person as a whole and pivoted my focus to mental health 3 years ago. I am eager to learn how to meet your individualized needs.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your treatment. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. Medication management is an important tool to use when combined with psychotherapy, diet modification, and accountability.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you can share your story and what you hope to achieve through this collaboration. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing, vulnerable, and secure. From there, we’ll work together in the following sessions to make these goals a reality for you.
