Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Philip Burton MA LPCC LADC, With two decades of experience in mental health and addiction therapy, I offer a holistic approach that integrates traditional methods with innovative techniques rooted in quantum physics. My practice is dedicated to helping clients achieve profound personal transformation and lasting recovery. Utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, I aim to address the unique needs of each individual, fostering healing and growth on all levels.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Philip Burton

In my practice, I blend quantum physics, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EMDR. Using quantum physics, I help clients explore the mind-body connection and consciousness. DBT provides emotional regulation tools, ACT focuses on mindfulness and values, and EMDR aids in trauma processing. This comprehensive approach supports deep and lasting change in mental health and addiction recovery.

What you can expect from our first session

In a therapy session with me, clients can expect to experience profound changes from the inside out. Together, we work on cultivating self-compassion and developing a deep sense of self-love. This transformative process helps clients to heal past wounds, embrace their true selves, and build a fulfilling and balanced life. Through our sessions, clients learn to navigate challenges with greater resilience and inner peace.
