Great to meet you!

Welcome to the Dad Life Circus—where the pressure to provide, support, and say the right thing can feel like an impossible juggling act. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it alone either. As a licensed therapist in Texas (based in Dripping Springs, just outside of Austin) and Florida, I specialize in supporting new and expecting dads through the emotional rollercoaster of fatherhood. Whether you're feeling isolated, overwhelmed, or unsure how to reconnect with your partner, I provide a grounded, supportive space to process and grow. My approach to therapy

I pride myself on building a strong connection with my clients FIRST. If my clients don't feel like I can relate or connect with them on what they are going through, then the therapy process becomes stale. I formulate a process that works FOR my clients, not for me. I collaborate to ensure my clients thrive in the early years of parenthood by helping them adjust to their new normal. I know firsthand that fatherhood can be lonely, but it doesn’t have to be a maze of stress and uncertainty. I work together to navigate these challenges and work toward the balance my clients crave.

What you can expect from me

In our virtual sessions, we’ll focus on:

  • Managing stress, anxiety, and identity shifts as a new dad
  • Rebuilding emotional intimacy and trust with your partner
  • Communicating more effectively during moments of tension
  • Navigating the postpartum period as a connected, resilient team
