Great to meet you!

Are you feeling stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed? Life can be incredibly challenging, but you don’t have to go through it alone. As a licensed mental health counselor, I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to explore what’s weighing on you and begin moving toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I use a trauma-informed, attachment-based lens to explore how early experiences shape your thoughts, relationships, and behaviors. Together, we’ll break harmful cycles, build emotional insight, and develop healthier coping. I help clients move from surviving to living with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I focus on creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing what brings you to therapy. I’ll take time to learn about your current challenges, personal history, and goals, while also making sure you have the opportunity to ask questions and set expectations.

We’ll work together to identify your priorities, discuss what you’d like to gain from therapy, and begin developing an initial plan tailored to your needs. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of what our work together will look like.
