Great to meet you!

You've built a successful career. But at what cost?

Long hours. Endless pressure. You crash at night, but your mind won't shut off.

I help high-achieving men break that cycle. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we'll quiet the mental noise, reduce the anxiety, and get you the rest you've been missing.

Twenty years in private practice. CBT-trained at the Beck Institute. I specialize in men's anxiety, relationships, and the pressure of succeeding everywhere except where it matters most.

You don't have to keep running on empty. And you don't have to do this alone.

Reach out today.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical. We're not here to talk in circles — we're here to change what isn't working.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trained at the Beck Institute. That means we look at the patterns driving your stress, anxiety, and sleepless nights — then build the skills to break them. You'll leave sessions with tools you can use that night, not just insight.

Sessions are direct, structured, and built around your goals. I specialize in working with men who are succeeding on the outside but running on empty underneath.

You set the pace. I bring the map.

What you can expect from me

No couch. No silence. No "tell me about your childhood."

Your first session is a working conversation. You'll tell me what's going on — the stress, the sleepless nights, what's not working. I'll ask direct questions to understand the full picture. Then we'll map out what we're working toward and how we'll get there.

You'll leave with two things: a clear plan and at least one tool you can use before our next session.

Most men tell me it's easier than they expected. Showing up is the hard part. The rest, we build together.
