Great to meet you!

Where there’s pain, there’s an unmet need. Maybe that unmet need is connection with others, or self-worth, or something else. I learned this through my own experience with social anxiety—a decade of low self-esteem, overthinking my appearance, isolating from friends, feeling too anxious to begin relationships. But my turning point came with therapy that gave me a kind of insight and inspiration that nothing else did. So, I hope I'll give you a space that is as helpful as the one I received.

My approach to therapy

My approach will teach you how to tune into yourself—slowing down, spotting your pain points (like negative self-talk), recognizing your emotional needs, then going to a helpful choice. Self-understanding and -kindness are key! I also approach conversations with simple skills that you can take beyond sessions for calmness, reassurance, and tangible results.

What you can expect from me

Greater insight into the things that hold you back and the things that will help you live more unburdened.
