Great to meet you!

I work collaboratively with adults, teens, and couples in an outpatient setting, both in-person and virtually. I have experience working with life transitions, feelings of hopelessness, anxiety, relational issues, codependency, and isolation. I will work with you to create a custom treatment plan with concrete, trackable goals that will act as our roadmap during the therapy process.

My approach to therapy

During the therapy process I strive to utilize the therapeutic relationship in order to develop insight and create long-lasting change. I also utilize mindfulness-based techniques and science based interventions to help with the feeling of overwhelming thoughts and emotions.

What you can expect from me

My approach to therapy is transparent, communicative and collaborative. I believe in empowering everyone that I work with in order to foster resilience and independence. The over arching goal is that those individuals can get back to creating a meaningful and fulfilling future for themselves.
