Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I approach our work with respect, curiosity, and collaboration. I value creating a safe space where you can feel heard and understood without judgment. My goal is to help you explore challenges, identify strengths, and develop strategies that fit your life. I also believe in being transparent and professional — you can expect honesty, reliability, and a focus on your goals throughout our work together

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and individualized. I work with clients to understand their unique experiences, strengths, and challenges, and together we develop practical strategies to address their goals. I often integrate evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral strategies, coping skills, and problem-solving approaches, while ensuring that our sessions are a safe and supportive space for exploration and growth. I focus on building understanding, resilience, and actionable steps that fit your life.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and understanding your current concerns and goals. I’ll ask questions about your background, experiences, and what brought you to therapy, and you’ll have the opportunity to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. By the end of the session, we’ll have a clearer picture of how we might work together and possible next steps, so you leave with a sense of direction and clarity.
