Great to meet you!

I work to approach therapy first of all with warmth, recognizing that emotional resonance is the primary engine of a healing relationship. I work to help my clients attune to the hurts associated with their inner child wounds, which lead to the fragmentation of the self, through cultivating the strength of their whole and healthy integrated self.

My approach to therapy

I generally work with clients dealing with issues related to mood and anxiety, as well as relationship difficulties. I strive to guide my clients to a place of both greater agency and peace within themselves and the world around them, drawing from attachment theory, Jungian psychology, and CBT.

What you can expect from me

I hope that clients leave each session with a new question to facilitate healthy curiosity about themselves and how they see and interact with the world. I find that the cornerstone of mental health is ultimately a blending of emotional and cognitive flexibility with a firm grasp of the reality with which we're faced.
