Great to meet you!

Hello there! I'm a board-certified psychiatrist providing virtual, evidence-based care to individuals across New York and New Jersey.

My journey into psychiatry began with a deep curiosity about the human experience — how we think, feel, struggle, and grow. I started my academic path at New York University and went on to complete medical school and residency in psychiatry at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, where I was trained in both medication management and psychotherapy.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I blend medication, therapy, and lifestyle support in a deeply compassionate, individualized way. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, burnout, or just feeling overwhelmed, we'll work together to better understand your experience and create a treatment plan that's tailored to your goals and values.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be a one-hour conversation where we explore your story in depth — your challenges, your hopes, and what healing might look like for you. Follow-up visits are typically 15 to 30 minutes, and treatment is always collaborative and responsive to your needs.
