Great to meet you!

I have been practicing since 2012, after being clinically trained at Loyola University Chicago, where I spent extensive time working with both adolescents and adults.

I have been helping clients globally with a variety of issues in my core areas of expertise, including addiction, mood disorders, and identity issues.

I am also certified in Financial Social Work, bridging my passions for personal finance and emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, direct approach in my work with clients. I use the therapeutic relationship to dictate what a client needs in any given session. I am open to client feedback and welcome dialogue around how to make sessions work most effectively for my clients.

What you can expect from me

Clients will feel like a load has been taken off. I use our time together to allow clients to "dump" things they carry throughout their lives.

If using insurance, clients are expected to confirm their benefits with Headway. I do not handle billing/insurance matters. If clients wish to discontinue care, clients are responsible for canceling all future appointments on the Headway platform; Headway will assess a no-show/cancellation fee for sessions not cancelled or cancelled within 24 hours of a scheduled session.
