Great to meet you!

I’m a fun-loving therapist who has been working in the mental health field for the past nine years, with experience in high-acuity psychological settings and a specialization in anxiety treatment. As a licensed therapist in the state of Florida, I strive to create a welcoming, comfortable, and judgment-free environment where therapy can feel approachable and engaging. Outside of therapy, I’m a big fan of video games and pop culture, and I enjoy incorporating these interests when they help clients feel more comfortable, connected, and understood. My goal is to meet you where you are and work collaboratively toward building a healthier, more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My therapy style is primarily person-centered, with elements of existential theory woven into the process. I believe therapy should be a space where you can explore who you are, what matters to you, and how you want to find your place in the world around you. While I take the therapeutic process seriously, I also believe that therapy doesn’t always have to feel heavy or formal, and that humor and having some fun can be an important part of building a genuine therapeutic relationship. My goal is to meet you where you are, work alongside you, and help you create a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and learning a little about your history, current situation, and what brings you to therapy. We’ll also discuss your primary goals and what you hope to get out of the therapeutic process. There’s no pressure to dive into anything deeply uncomfortable right away, we’ll take our time and focus first on building a comfortable and trusting relationship.
