Great to meet you!

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment. I believe every individual deserves to feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their mental health journey.

I treat adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, insomnia, and other mood and behavioral health concerns. My goal is to build a trusting therapeutic relationship where we work together to develop a personalized treatment plan that fits your unique needs, values, and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, holistic, and patient-centered. I understand that mental health is influenced by biological, psychological, social, and environmental factors, so I take the time to understand the whole person—not just the symptoms.

Using evidence-based practices, I combine comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and lifestyle recommendations to help each client achieve lasting improvement. I encourage open communication and shared decision-making, ensuring you understand your diagnosis, treatment options, and progress every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We will complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, discuss your current concerns, review your medical and mental health history, explore your treatment goals, and identify any factors that may be affecting your emotional well-being.

By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clear understanding of your diagnosis (when appropriate), individualized treatment recommendations, and a collaborative plan that may include medication management, therapeutic interventions, and follow-up care. My goal is for you to leave your first visit feeling heard, respected, informed, and hopeful about your path toward improved mental wellness.
