Great to meet you!

I believe that everyone deserves a safe place to be heard without judgment. My approach is warm, genuine, and collaborative, and I strive to create an environment where you feel comfortable being yourself while working toward meaningful change. Whether you're facing anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I'm here to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and understood. My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore life's challenges while developing practical strategies for lasting change. I strive to meet each client where they are, recognizing that every person's experiences, strengths, and goals are unique.

I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, and trauma-informed care to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we work together to identify underlying patterns, build resilience, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and develop healthy coping skills that support long-term emotional well-being.

I work with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, and substance use issues. Whether you're navigating a difficult season, feeling stuck, or seeking personal growth, my goal is to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and move toward a healthier, more balanced, and fulfilling life.

I believe meaningful change happens when insight is paired with action. Together, we'll identify realistic goals, celebrate progress, and equip you with practical tools that empower you long after our sessions end.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it's completely normal to feel a mix of emotions. My goal is to make your first session feel comfortable, welcoming, and free of judgment. This is your opportunity to share your story at your own pace, discuss what brought you to therapy, and talk about the challenges or goals that are most important to you.

During our first session, we'll explore your current concerns, personal history, relationships, strengths, and the areas of your life you'd like to improve. Together, we'll begin identifying meaningful goals and develop a personalized plan that fits your unique needs and values. You don't have to have everything figured out before you arrive—that's what we're here to work through together.

I believe therapy should be more than just talking about problems. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and equipped with practical insights or strategies you can begin applying in your everyday life. Whether you're seeking healing, clarity, stronger relationships, or personal growth, we'll work together to help you move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and hope.
