Great to meet you!

Are you needing some emotional support? Whatever you might be going through right now, I am here to support and encourage you along the way! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been practicing for nine years. I am also a K-12 school counselor, and have been working in schools for 18 years. I have a wife and four daughters. I constantly strive to help empower individuals to fully function in society and support them in achieving their unique potential. My counseling approach involves using person-centered, solution-focused, and goal-directed strategies. I look forward to working with you!

My approach to therapy

I have always believed that everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I will always start with an introductory session, where you will have the opportunity to share some of your background and what you hope to accomplish in therapy. We will work together to discuss goals and solutions toward having better mental and emotional balance. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure.
