Great to meet you!

I am a pretty casual and laid back guy who enjoys nerdy hobbies such as video games, Dungeons and Dragons and anime. I graduated with my MA from Cal Baptist University in 2020 and have been licensed as an LMFT since October 2023. I specialize in working with clients who suffer from symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, grief and loss. I work well with anyone be it a child, adult or families.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is one of learning the most I can about a person in order to better fit treatment to the individual. I believe that no matter how similar symptoms may be, each person can respond very differently and thus goals and plans should be catered to the individual's needs. I utilize a mixture of Cognitive behavioral therapy, Gestalt, solution focused, humanistic approaches, and narrative therapy that allow me to learn about you and spot key themes in your walk of life.

What you can expect from me

During out first session, I will be inquiring about different facets of your life while also gathering basic information. I do a mixture of questions involving medical history/symptoms, information about childhood upbringing as well as miscellaneous questions regarding your interests and hobbies.
