Great to meet you!

I know how important it is to feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for, especially when life feels overwhelming. I help individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, ADHD, and a wide range of other mental health concerns. I understand that everyone’s journey is different, and I take time to get to know you beyond your symptoms. My goal is to make you feel comfortable, respected, and supported while providing compassionate, personalized care that meets your unique needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is simple: I listen, I care, and I meet you where you are. I take time to understand your concerns and how they affect your daily life. Together, we’ll explore treatment options that fit your needs, using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), supportive therapy, and medication management when appropriate. During our visits, I’ll explain each treatment option, answer your questions, and involve you in decisions about your care. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, supported, and confident as we work toward lasting emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

I know your first visit can feel a little overwhelming, and that’s okay. We’ll start by getting to know each other and talking about what brought you in. I’ll ask about your concerns, your health history, and what you hope to achieve. I’ll explain how our visits work, discuss treatment options, and answer any questions you may have. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. We’ll take things one step at a time, making sure you feel comfortable, heard, and involved in your care.
