Great to meet you!

At times, we all need support navigating life's challenges or breaking free from patterns that no longer feel helpful. Therapy provides a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to gain insight, foster growth, and work through life's complexities. As a clinician trained at the Yale Child Study Center and a community faculty member, I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I also offer psychodynamic and psychoanalytic psychotherapy for young adults seeking deeper self-understanding and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is grounded in psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, and mentalization-based treatment, with CBT integrated as needed. I am also trained in DBT skills, supporting teens facing complex emotional challenges.

What you can expect from me

I work from a collaborative stance and we will work together to tailor therapy to meet your unique needs.
