Great to meet you!

I work with artists of all backgrounds regarding struggles around creativity and self expression. I offer an affirming, safe space for people who identify as POC and LGBTQIA+ to explore their identities and deconstruct their own narrative within the larger lens of society. I treat both individuals, and couples, ranging from ages 15-40+.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am holistic in my approach to treatment, integrating elements of humanistic and psychodynamic approaches. I provide a safe and comfortable environment for clients to express themselves, explore habitual patterns and deeply examine their past. We are a team however, and this a process that requires collaboration to be successful.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to learn more about how they may get in their own way, how to use their voice to set boundaries and speak up for their needs, and how to engage with their goals and life in a fulfilling meaningful way. I believe that by learning more about oneself, one’s quality of life is greatly improved.
