Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor who believes therapy works best when it feels human, collaborative, and grounded in honesty and compassion. I work with teens (14+) and adults navigating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, and identity exploration. I have a special passion for working with LGBTQIA2S+ clients, people who are late- or early-diagnosed as neurodivergent, and individuals and partners in ethically non-monogamous (ENM), polyamorous, and other non-traditional relationship structures.

My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely understood, supported, and empowered to show up as your authentic self. You don't have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy—we'll make sense of it together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in curiosity rather than judgment. I believe healing begins by understanding you as a whole person—not just the symptoms that brought you to therapy. Together, we'll explore the experiences and survival strategies that have shaped your life, while identifying which patterns continue to serve you and which may be keeping you stuck.

I strive to balance warmth and validation with honesty and direct communication. Meaningful change often requires more than insight alone, and I'll gently help you recognize recurring patterns while supporting you in building healthier relationships, stronger communication, and a life that feels more authentic and aligned with your values. I'm also EMDR-trained and incorporate trauma-informed interventions when appropriate.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you—not just gathering information. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, the experiences that have shaped you, what you're hoping will be different, and any questions or concerns you have about the process. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of where we're headed together.

You don't need to have the "right words" or know exactly where to start. I'll help guide the conversation at a pace that feels comfortable while we begin building a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, collaborative, and genuine.
