Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have primarily worked with people with eating disorders in a residential setting and am now taking that experience with me to an outpatient setting. This work also included focusing on a wholistic approach, working with clients on their anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, LGBTQIA+ struggles, etc.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My work often uses a person-centered approach, focusing on my client’s presenting issues and exploring to find the core struggles that lead to what is really going on. I believe in meeting the client where they are and including humor whenever possible.

What you can expect from our first session

I will work with you to set the goals you wish to accomplish in our time together and will naturally help tailor our conversations to work toward those goals.
