I have been practicing psychotherapy for 15 years and have been licensed since 2016. I received my Masters from the California Institute of Integral Studies. I am a grounded, empathic listener, and we work together to address your challenges.
I am a person-centered and psychodynamic based clinician, and together we work towards your goals. I incorporate somatic, cognitive, visual art, mindfulness meditation and guided meditation interventions into sessions. I work with tweens, teens, and individual adults.
