My approach to therapy

My background in corporate America and higher education gives me a unique viewpoint on teamwork and collaboration. I believe that therapy is a team effort and working together will help you become your personal best version of yourself. My training in Psychodynamic theory helps us explore how your history is impacting your present, while my Solution-Focused and Person-Centered styles help you look for solutions to better your present and your future.
