Great to meet you!

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping people address the challenges that may be keeping them from living fully and functioning at their best. I have experience working with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, divorce, physical rehabilitation, and issues related to aging. I also work with individuals in crisis, helping them address immediate concerns, restore stability, and improve overall functioning.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and strengths-based. I work with each client to identify their existing strengths, resources, and resilience, while also exploring the areas of life where they would like to grow or feel more effective. Together, we develop a thoughtful, individualized plan to address those concerns, build on what is already working, and support meaningful changes that enhance overall quality of life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to be a supportive, conversational space where I focus on getting to know them, understanding what brings them to therapy, and learning more about their personal history and current concerns. We will also talk about what they hope to gain from therapy so we can begin identifying goals and discussing how the process may best
