Hi, I am Dr. Phyllis Tolley, Clinical Psychologist working in the field of psychology for over 25 years. I enjoy helping adolescents and adults navigating depression and anxiety, relationship struggles, family issues, and life transitions by creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where they can be seen and heard.

I am passionate about integrating cognitive-behavioral techniques with mind-body practices to treat the whole person, not just symptoms. My goal is to guide and empower you to break the cycle of stresses and build a strong beliefs and coping skills to face life challenges.
