Great to meet you!

I am an EMDR trained Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and I have received my M.A in Clinical Psychology with a focus of Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University.

I believe that each of us are expert in our lives and my goal in therapy is to support people finding meaning and purpose in their lives by providing safe and non-judgement space.

My approach to therapy

I like to work collaboratively with my clients by using strength based, attachment focus and the client-centered approach to achieve their individual goals in life. I use an integrative approach from several therapeutic modalities to meet individual needs of my clients. I have also incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) in working with individuals who have experienced various types of trauma.

What you can expect from me

My goal in session is to create a safe and non-judgement space for each client to explore and discover their authentic self in achieving their goals.
