Great to meet you!

Life doesn't always go as planned. Sometimes illness, loss, or an unexpected transition can leave you feeling like a stranger to yourself. These experiences are more common than they appear, especially when you're someone who looks like they're holding it together on the outside while quietly carrying something heavy within. You don't have to carry it alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach draws from Meaning-Centered Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed somatic work, and the neuroscience of grief. I offer in-person therapy in Austin and work remotely with clients across New York and Texas.

Therapy can be a place to slow down, be heard, and find your footing again. No two people come to therapy for the same reason, and there is no single path forward. We will work together to understand your story, your values, and what your mind and body are holding .

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you’ll have space to share what’s bringing you to therapy. Experiences like loss, change, or uncertainty often stir anxiety or amplify feelings of numbness or overwhelm. It’s not easy to carry this alone.

I may ask questions about your current concerns and personal history to help me better understand your story. Before we meet, I’ll send you some simple intake forms to complete—basic contact information and consent forms.

Healing begins with human connection and the search for meaning, even in the midst of pain. Over time, it becomes possible to feel at home in yourself again. Please reach out to schedule a consultation and see if we are a good fit.
