A bit about my approach to therapy

Dr. Leon uses a combination of evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness Therapy. He uses a collaborative, integrated, and holistic approach, focusing on understanding his client's needs, assessing their barriers to success, and defining achievable goals. He specializes in life transitions, anxiety, depression, stress management, relationships, motivation/goal setting, acculturation, and assertiveness training.
