Great to meet you!

I’m a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health with over five years of experience in mental health care. I specialize in helping adults navigate ADHD, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. I’m compassionate, relatable, and a good listener who wants you to feel genuinely understood not rushed or reduced to a diagnosis. My goal is to make mental health care feel comfortable, collaborative, and easy to understand.

My approach to therapy

I believe effective care begins with getting to know you before prescribing medication. Together, we’ll create an individualized treatment plan based on your symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. My approach may include medication management, supportive therapy, and practical coping skills, while also considering how sleep, nutrition, exercise, stress, and daily routines influence mental health. I’ll explain your symptoms, treatment options, and how medications work in your mind and body so you can make informed decisions about your care.

What you can expect from me

Your first session will feel like a conversation, not an interrogation. In a welcoming and judgment-free space, we’ll discuss what you’ve been experiencing, how it affects your daily life, and what you hope to change. We’ll then collaborate on realistic next steps that may include medication, lifestyle changes, and coping strategies. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful with a clear treatment plan designed specifically for you.
