Pilar Sabates

I offer a unique approach to break down, break through, and build up a plan to support your healing path. I will be the safety needed to assist regain connection with your best self.

I have a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology, a Masters in Addictions Counseling, and and am a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I have worked in the addiction and mental health field for twelve years serving adolescents and adults as an art therapist, group counselor, individual counselor, and care coordinator.

My approach to therapy is energetic, direct, using accountability while also collaborative with the client.

In our first session, we will take the time to discuss what brought you to therapy, what your expectations are from me, and understand the challenges you are facing. We will have an open conversation geared to building a stable foundation.
