A bit about my approach to therapy

Integrative and Wholesome Approach

I am a Registered Drama Therapist (RDT) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). We will work collaboratively using a wholesome approach. I integrate many of the well-known evidence-based practice modalities and theories and wellness and yoga principles (e.g., breathing, mindfulness, focus attention, awareness, etc.) within the framework of integrative social work and psychodynamic psychotherapy.

What you can expect from our first session

I encourage my clients to hone in on their strengths for personal growth and transformation to bring more love and satisfaction into their lives.
