My patient care background includes over a decade in direct patient care that includes acute, inpatient adult psychiatric care, outpatient mental health and substance use dsorders, longterm care, and correctional care facilities.

Regarding academics, I hold two bachelors degrees and a masters in nursing, with a focus on mental health.

I look forward to hearing your story, how you got here, and how you and I can jointly explore ways to help you live a healthier life.

Medications do have important roles to play in healthcare, no questions about that. I am equally convinced that lifestyle, i,e., diet, mental as well as emotional, and physical fitness are just as important.
